What is the best way of planting, or food or moss Cattleya orchids?

I'm trying to grow an orchid Cattleya, I do not know much about them. I've been all over the internet, but everyone says different things. I know they have a special pot and the roots should be dried between waterings. But does anyone know that plant foods and medium enterprises are the best? I've seen sites that say the use of coconut bark, pieces of coal … And the fertilizer … Ugh! 11-35-15, 20-14-13, or … Help! I have a Cattleya on the road and I happy I have a phalaenopsis (unless someone knows a fertilizer should I feed.:)) Help! I have a planting medium that is supposed to be in effect for Phal. "I can use it for Cattleya? I love the Cattleyas, and I want to grow and be healthy. Any advice? Thanks!
